The west central Brazil is an area that can be divided into two parts:
The Planalto, formed of savannah area, with a well defined climate in 2 periods, rain and drought, and width the "Mato-grosso-goiano", lowlands from which come the sources of the Tocantins and Araguaia rivers. The village of Pirenópolis is at the limit of these reliefs. The village lies at the foot of Pireneus, part of the division of planalto.

Habitat : The cerrado, rocky soil, ... Flowering : June to July Description : This plant forms vines or shrubs. The leaves are opposite, at each node, as embedded in the upper (short stalk). Flowers are in number 3 or 4, yellow and together take the form of an umbrella. The chalice bears usually 5 petals. Fruits take a hue rosacea, and can be separated into four, each of which will hold a seed.
